In the words of Taylor Swift; cos baby now we got bad blood. If you’re one of our players, you too now have Bad Blood, the latest free update to Surgeon Simulator 2!
The Bad Blood update brings an arsenal of new competitive levels, a fresh UI update, plus the addition of new props that turn up the heat in competitive surgery mode.
NEW LEVELS
After updating the game to the latest build (version 1.1.0.3467) you’ll find nine new competitive levels that are guaranteed to cause symptoms of multiplayer madness.
These nine levels, put together by the wildest minds at Bossa, will require a steady hand! Here’s what to expect:
WASD HEROES
An arcade style free-for-all that requires players to keep-up with floor targets, in a chaotic homage to Dance Dance Revolution.
PANEL SMASH
Harness your appetite for destruction in the race to scramble to the finish. Level may contain a ball pit; caution is advised!
MATCH 4
Supermarket Sweep has swept over the surgery with this organ-fuelled time-trial. The perfect speed-run candidate, brimming with challenges to throw you off.
ANATOMY THEFT
Put your surgery skills to the test in this anatomy-orientated trial, which will test your ability to distinguish kidneys from lungs – not as easy as one thinks!
LIMB-RIPPER
Exactly what it says on the tin; competitive limb-ripping! Exude speed and confidence in this challenge, and pop-off limbs like they’re hot.
SURGICAL MAYHEM
Prepare to fight over Bob’s very limited supply of body parts! Will you be able to secure enough limbs or organs to be crowned the winner?
HEADING OUT
A classic, carnival-style coconut shy but with Bob’s heads. Dunk the most Bob heads to beat your friends in this fun-for-all-the-family rapid level.
TOP OF THE WORLD
The sky’s the limit in this level, and you’ve just got to get there first! Race to the top and complete the series of challenges along the way in rapid time to be the winner.
SURGERY RELAY
Sports day is back, and this time, it’s surgical. Cooperate in this relay-style challenge, but keep an eye out for your competitors, who will have ample opportunity to sabotage your efforts…
FREE-FOR-ALL MODE
Free-For-All is a brand spanking new mode we have available in Surgeon Simulator 2. We used this mode ourselves to build the nine new levels, and now we’re giving our creators power to make them, too!
You’ll now be able to build 1v1v1v1 levels using the Creation Mode, which means community-made levels just got a bit more out-of-hand.
CAMPAIGN LEADERBOARDS
We hear a lot of people claim they’re the best at Surgeon Simulator 2. We say: prove it! To up the odds, we’ve added leaderboards to all the campaign levels. These leaderboards will track how long it took you to complete the level, and just how much blood loss you caused to Bob.

MORE PROPS & TEXTURES
The Bad Blood update also introduces new props and textures to the game! Get your groove on in Creation Mode with new groovy wallpapers, classic vending machines (Medi-Cola, anyone?) plus some Mr. Mainframe cut-outs, to keep your level in-check.
Additionally, by popular-request, we’ve added in score boards and score evaluators, so you can make your own surgeon challenges and find out who’s got the surgeon skills to pay the bills.
Moreover, we’re pleased to introduce flying props to the game! That’s right, you can still fly yourself around Bossa Labs.
FRESH UI
The team have been working hard on improving some of the in-game UI. You’ll notice a new design to the lobby terminal, as well as clearer game modes and simple notifications for party invites and other important bits of info!
